These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Blackheath Blooms website and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Blackheath Blooms is a trading name of Blackheath Blooms Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17119194). You can contact us at hello@blackheathblooms.com

2. Our Products

All products sold by Blackheath Blooms are permanent faux florals. They are not fresh flowers. Product descriptions, colours, and dimensions are provided in good faith. Colours may vary slightly from photography due to screen display settings and the nature of photographic reproduction. If you are unsure whether a product is right for your space, please contact us before purchasing on hello@blackheathblooms.com.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change in pricing will not affect an order you have already placed.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also spread the cost with Klarna. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within three working days of receipt. Delivery is via DPD tracked two-day service. During peak periods (October–December) please allow additional time. Delivery is free on orders over £75; orders under £75 are subject to a delivery charge of £4.95. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including postal or carrier disruption.

7. Returns and Refunds

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. If you wish to return a product, please refer to our Returns Policy on the Delivery & Returns page. Personalised and bespoke items, including all wedding orders and installations, are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days of receipt of the returned item. All postage costs are refunded if the item is confirmed by us as faulty.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time before dispatch by emailing hello@blackheathblooms.com and putting cancellation in the subject line. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns process applies. Bespoke and wedding orders will be subject to specific cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us at hello@blackheathblooms.com as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of the damage and your order details. We will review and as appropriate arrange a replacement, refund, or gift voucher. We may ask for the item to be returned before processing a refund; in such cases we will cover the cost of return postage.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photography, product names, and design is the property of Blackheath Blooms Limited and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackheath Blooms Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order. We recommend checking this page periodically.
