Sarah spent a career in teaching and many years of floristry, designing and producing florals for weddings and events, and has spent more hours than she can count thinking about what makes a floral arrangement truly beautiful! When Sarah designs a wreath or a bouquet for Blackheath Blooms, she brings all of that to it; her instinct for colour, her understanding of proportion, the knowledge of which stems work together and why, what’s trending and what’s not. Unique, stylish designs with luxury blooms don’t happen by accident.

Katherine brings the follow-through on detail and quality. Where Sarah sees the floral arrangement in all its designed beauty, Katherine sees the systems, the sourcing, the experience of ordering and then receiving a beautiful product. Katherine is always speaking to customers about their experience with Blackheath Blooms and seeking ways to enhance their buying process, believing that shopping and decorating should be fun! She is the reason Blackheath Blooms works as a business as well as a creative endeavour.
