How we deliver
We aim to dispatch within three working days of receiving your order. Once dispatched, your order arrives via DPD tracked two-day delivery, and DPD will email you a tracking number. At peak periods (October to December) please allow an additional two to three days.
Delivery is free on all orders over £75. Orders under £75 carry a delivery charge of £4.95.
Our returns policy
We want you to love what you receive. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order, and we ask that you let us know within 14 days of receiving it.
To start a return, email hello@blackheathblooms.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number, full name, and delivery address. We will then send you return instructions. To be eligible for a full refund, we must receive the item within 14 days of our returns confirmation email. Returns received outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Please return items in their original packaging, securely packed to protect the blooms, and in their original condition. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit due to poor packing.
Return postage is at the customer's cost, unless the item arrived damaged or is confirmed as not as described.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@blackheathblooms.com as soon as possible with photographs of the damage, your order number, and your contact details. We will review and, where appropriate, arrange return postage and a refund, replacement, or gift voucher.
Refunds are processed within three to seven working days of the returned item being received and checked. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit your account. Postage costs are non-refundable unless we confirm the order as faulty.
If you would prefer, we are happy to issue your refund as Blackheath Blooms Credit for future purchases.
Please note that personalised or bespoke items, including all wedding orders and installations, are non-returnable.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@blackheathblooms.com with your order number and "cancellation" in the subject line. We will do our best to stop your order before it is dispatched, though we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has left us.
